Welcome!

To provide opportunities for faculty and staff to live on campus affordably and to improve the University's ability to recruit and retain top faculty and staff, Stanford University is building two new residential communities as well as additional parking and improved utility systems in the southeastern area of campus. The two projects are adjacent to Escondido Village and the College Terrace neighborhood of Palo Alto. The project sites are located along Olmsted Road and are bounded by El Camino Real, Stanford Avenue and Escondido Road.
